Our Story

The birth of Eleos Groups LLC arises from the zeal, passion, and commitment to do our part towards Vision 2063: The Africa We Want by building the capacity of private and public sector leaders and their respective institutions. Our institution adds a unique value as it is firmly grounded on the philosophy and belief of Empathy: AfricaCentered-Design-Thinking and Ubuntu: I am because we are!

Eleos Groups LLC is incorporated in the United States. It renders its services throughout Africa in partnership with reputable local institutions in their respective countries.  

Eleos Groups LLC implements its programs in Ethiopia in partnership with Zero-One-Zero-One Tech & Entrepreneurship PLC.

Our Vision

We aspire to contribute towards the realization of Agenda-2063: The Africa We Want by equipping private and public sector leaders and institutions to build thriving and competitive human and institutional capacity in Africa.

Kidist G Gebreamlak

Founder and CEO

Kidist Gebreamlak is an accomplished CEO with domestic and international experience in operations in USA and Sub-Saharan Africa. She decisively leads results-driven projects with proven suc­cess in operational improvement to drive growth and reduce costs. Kidist is strategic, empathic and thrives on projects requiring diverse cultural, social, economic, and political knowledgeability. She is a passionate believer in the untapped potential of African women and youth as creative agents of change to realize the Africa We Want. To that end, Kidist resettled in Ethiopia to do her part towards the inevitable thriving of the continent and its people.

Shimelis Mekonnen

Eleos Representative to Ethiopia

Shimelis Mekonnen is an entrepreneur who has deep passion for innovation, his exposure to over 20 countries around the world has added him a unique perspective on a journey he started many years back in working different start-ups with different groups. He is also very eager to have an impact on African youth in to the world of innovation.
